I am very disappointed with my experience. Before picking up the truck early, I specifically asked whether doing so would result in any additional charges. I was told in writing that it would not, as long as the rental stayed within the 24-hour parameters. I relied on that information when changing my pickup time. The following day, I was told the truck was late. After explaining what I had been told, another employee instructed me to return the truck by 10:00 AM the next morning because the store was closed at 5:00 AM and the next reservation was at 10:00 AM. I returned the truck before that time, yet I was still charged additional fees. Beyond the billing issue, the customer service was unprofessional. I was laughed at while trying to resolve the situation, an employee made an inappropriate comment to my boyfriend about me when he returned the truck, and I was later blamed for not changing the reservation myself despite being told by an employee that everything was fine. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expected clear communication, professionalism, and a fair review of the written information I was given. Unfortunately, I did not receive that.

The reservation charges did not match what the computer was showing so we had to call in and then ended up having to cancel the reservation and start all over again. After I was charged we found there was no dolly's in the truck and they didn't have any onsite. I was not contacted or refunded for the 3 dolly charges as I was told I would be either. The lady working did everything she could do. The truck also had only a half a tank of gas when I picked it up. We have time stamped pictures. We I dropped it off it had over a half and I was still charged $18.50 additional for some reason.

ROSS WI had to wait 45 minutes before I could get a truck because the key was lost. I was informed after I finally got a truck the key was found in the drop box which the associate did not have the code to get into. Completely unacceptable. The employee did a fine job but what an absolute shit show.
ADAM BI returned it with more gas than I began with but they charged me $48 for a fuel charge. The attendant tried calling the supervisor which couldn’t fix it for some reason so he told me he just wouldn’t charge me for an extra day since I brought it back the next morning instead of before they closed the night before. One day rental is 24 hours. My contract stated 10:15 AM so that’s when I brought it back. He told me they go by what customers say instead of the contract. I told them I would TRY to get it back that night if things went well. I got rained out so I was working on unloading late. I should not have been charged for another day, nor for a fuel charge. I took a picture before I left the parking lot with 44 miles until empty. I brought it back with 59 miles of fuel in it. That was extra money I don’t have to throw away.
