The sliding door was difficult to open and close. We lubed it up to make it easier. But still difficult to roll up and down

U-Haul dealership should have more experience and training when renting. After loading my vehicle on to the towing trailer and ready to leave. The chains to tie down my car were damaged and the tail light was not working. I believe when a rental is brought back should go through a inspection.
