ROMEO BWas speaking in a foreign language on phone whole time I was there then told me I had to pay extra. Did not want to listen to my explanation and was rude about it. Eventually I spoke to the customer service representative on speaker phone and explained the situation. The customer service representative understood and took care of the issue. The local store person initially still wanted to charge us but finally listened to the UHaul person on the phone. We will not use this as a drop off location in the future.
darrin NNever will I use your company again don’t know what I’m charged and I get a truck under half a tank and when I brought it back I only used an eighth of a tank and they charged me for a full tank and still no idea what I’m paying.its just not a good way to do business
