I had one major problem with the rental. The 6' x 12' trailer leaked during a rain storm and wet my furniture. This is inexcusable and the trailers should be checked out for any leaks. It was evident the the front two top corners had been caulked several times, so U-Haul was aware of this problem and it was not fixed. I was not happy with the trailer. Mrs. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with.

Tracey DPut a jack on the trailer, have the store keep the doors unlocked so we know that that are open, and put on the website that this location does not accept cash, they also did not stock any trailer supplies for electrical hook ups had to go buy one 2 miles away
