Instructions for picking up the van at a different location were unclear. We were told someone would meet us at the other location and after waiting 15 minutes at the other location had to call to be told that the keys were in the van. We also had a pretty important question about the vehicle at drop off so we brought it to the location we rented from and arrived 5 minutes after closing. We knocked on the door and the employee inside just shook his head at us even after we said we just had a quick question.DELANEY H.

When I booked, I wasn't told that this site was a serve yourself. We arrived to find the store closed. I called and was informed that I needed to use the app. I then had to download the app and create an account. My cell service was limited so I had to walk around the parking lot to get the best service. Had I known before, I would have downloaded at home using wi-fi. The app would not let me check in so I had to call again. This time I was told to go the website and login. I again hit a problem saying that I couldn't pick up and it required counter service. There was no one, of course so I made a third phone call. This time I was told to go to the app again. I had to go through uploading drivers license pics again. This time we made progress but I had to wait for approval. After logging out of the app and signing on again I was able to complete the transaction. This all too 30 minutes. My reservation was at 10am. I left the lot at 10:30. I was so frustrated and this all could have been avoided with that information at the time I made the reservation. I doubt I will use U-Haul again. I did not find this self service to be a streamlined process.timothy H.
This location did not have key locker codes in the system. So I could not retrieve my rental key. The customer service center changed my rental to another location. Once arrived, I was told the rental had to be taken from the first location. I had to drive back, followed by an agent to retrieve the key. Took longer than expected. Just an inconvenience.Mark P.
I reserved online with a face to face interaction for vehicle pick up only to discover this location was "unmanded" . So I was directed to visit another store for the same equipment ,I did, and was sent back to the original location amidst sarcasm and belittlement now that their was someone maning the unmanned store. All of the employees I interacted with were aware of a issue that causes online reservations to direct to a un manded location only serviceable by Truck share. Your sarcastic elderly staff won't have to worry about this past customer any more.Chris K.
Equipment drop off area is in a driveway leading to on site storage. Not the best drop off experience when I'm getting honked at by a driver wanting to get out of that area and I'm waiting on a employee to check me in. Very frustrating.Mark P.

When the associate finally arrived (we were waiting in an empty store for 20+ minutes), he was very efficient. Please try to make sure that there is always someone inside the store front. I had to call the store manager (her number was posted on the door) and her phone went straight to voicemail. I then had to call her boss (number also posted on the door) before I was able to get service. This was frustrating.Amy C.

I was routed into the automated 24/7 share program to rent the truck. Patrick at this location helped me tremendously on the pick-up and drop-off, I would have been lost without him. As this was my first UHaul experience, I would have liked to have the option of being in the automated experience, as I was nervous about that and moving is stressful enough. I called and reserved for 8 am at Tyrone and 38th ave Uhaul called, texted and emailed me with a DIFFERENT location and DIFFERENT time of 9 am. This hour difference brought me back in time to have to unload my new furniture in the rain. I do not understand how calling one number allowed me to reserve the place and time I wanted, but got changed even though I had an email confirming my first choiceRita H.
I paid for two movers as well. At the completion of the move I was not aware I would need to supply a number which I could not find. Tried reaching out to both uhaul and moving co with no luck had to pay cash. When I returned truck at 12:14 no one there sign said return at 1 which I could not do. I needed a low-price small pickup asap, and they were all rented out at the 66th St UHaul location near me, so I was ready to rent one of the larger boxtrucks, but i wasn't thrilled about driving a larger vehicle, so the UHaul staff took the initiative to see if a neighboring location had what I needed on site. They reserved my vehicle online with the other location in Seminole for me and I went to pick it up. The staff at both locations were friendly and experienced.SARA R.

Corporate once again tried to screw with my dropoff point, I booked to drop off in Seminole and unload in a storage, You tried to make me drive another 6 miles to another location to drop it off, that make NO SENSE at all, if I am renting a storage unit then you should automatically take the truck. You already ripped me off on miles to pickup, then you want to rip me off on making me drive OVER my miles to another location, not good policy Corporate changed locations, this is what it really is between the two Uhaul stores, NOT 32 miles.This is the mileage between the two locations PER GOOGLE MAPS 48 min You should not of charged extra miles period when YOU moved the pickup location, NOT my fault.Charles B.
Manager Nia told me she would credit me $50 because 15' uhaul truck one-way rental was dirty: cup holders dirty, cargo area was not swept out and had broken glass. Truck only got 9 mpg and was inefficient. Manager Nia did not take care of me. Total disappointment experience with u-haul.Susan G.
