Your system was down, it took an hour between 4-5 video calls between multiple people to even figure out how to get my truck. There was no one on sight to help, I did not get the equipment I paid for, but was charged for. I was told I would be refunded for a hand truck that I did not receive, I was not refunded for this. On site there were multiple trucks with their windows down being rained into, but no human being to help. I spent 20 minutes holding my phone up to a camera because the midgar employees on video call couldnt not figure out how to use their own app. I lost an hour of time as well as having to pay help for the hour that was wasted at your location. I received no physical paperwork, no one was there to check and verify what the gas gage said. The truck's "attic" was full of holes you could see through so it rained into the truck getting my stuff wet. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 10:30, I arrived early and was told they didn't know why I couldn't find my reservation info and told me to wait till 10:30 then try again. I didn't realize arriving early was a problem. All in all this was the most bungled least professional experience I've had from a u-haul dealer and I will do anything I can to avoid using you again. It took two hours of calls and text messages to even get my truck turned in because the actual uhaul dealer I turned it into was so lost as to why things were done this way. Now all I can do is complain here that I had my time wasted, my money stolen since I did not receive what I rented or a refund. Next stop google reviews with pics of how poorly your location is ran. Including all the trucks just being rained into, uhauls with sunlight coming through the holes inside. If this isn't a concern for you I don't know why this survey was even sent.

MICHAEL MThe virtual process is difficult to set up and takes too much time. Didn’t realize so much info would be required at pick up because the reservation didn’t indicate that no one would be in person at the location to assist. For example: taking pictures of the truck, myself, and uploading payment. The process put us behind 30 minutes, and we had to call for virtual support twice. Cannot imagine someone older being able to get through this process.
Grant YI checked in the U-Haul after hours using the app and it was very user friendly. This location was easy to navigate and the drop off box was easy to find. Made moving much less of a hassle!
