If the truck has already been checked over by a customer rep that has verified condition, then eliminate the added picture taking requirements for the individual renting the truck. The large truck cabs are to high off the ground even for a standard individual but especially for an individual with a handicap. Install running boards or at least a step rail. Need to increase the availability of the van and small truck as we had to go up to the 15ft truck just to have something to use as the van would have been much better for our emergency need. Got to the offering of additional insurance and the app reset and I had to enter all the information again. An additional charge for DL verification when Uhaul already has my license on file and verified. I'll check with Home Depot to rent trucks from them from now on.

VINCENT OYour ad is misleading. Your ‘15ft’ truck is in fact a 12.5 box with a granny attic. Very misleading. Also, I filled a complaint and heard from no one. I will not be back to UHaul. I will write additional negative reviews to warn others.
