First time renting any many years so I was unfamiliar with the process. Very different from what I remember but easy learning experience.

When in-person is requested, have a person there, not a virtual person on a screen, or at least, tell the customer they will receive virtual assistance only. Also, it would help to put a picture of where the truck model number is on the pickup instructions. Oh, and don't hang up on a customer without calling back.

Maria MCheck in and check out process frustrating. Code provided for lock to access truck keys was a word instead of number combination to the lock. Confusing. Instructions for returning truck need to include the gate code for reentry after hours. Idling in front of the closed gate trying to figure out where the gate code is was challenging.
Miguel EThe vehicle was fine. The process by which you check in and complete “paperwork” is abysmal. All you’ve done is taken away customer convenience and replaced with a process that places all the cost and risk on the customer. I won’t rent from UHAUL again.
