Nobody there to help. Only the newly hired secretary that does her best. The trailer was a few blocks away from thé garage. Ask for my papier, none was given Was told to take the one clean from Snow….surprise! both were stuck in it. Couldn’t pin it since the truck moves when i put it on park. Had to go back home and come back with my husband (remembre? No one there to help …). We live 65 km from Sept-Iles, so I drove total 260 km to get this #%*#% trailer. Finally, was told by the drop off location that I didn’t pick the right unit ( remember again? NOBODY at the pickup location to help or tell me which was the unit I had to take, so I took the one which was the least stuck in snow)

Jolaine FLes commentaires ne concerne pas le site de location de Sept-Îles. Le service client à Sept-Îles était excellent. La plainte concerne l'état du camion car un problème d'infiltration d'eau a été découvert au courant du trajet et plusieurs de nos biens ont été endommagés par une quantité excessive d'eau dans le camion.
