The app was a disaster. It wouldn’t accept the photos of the truck when we came to pick it up. It was definitely a frustrating experience. Return was fine. No problems with the truck itself, but the pick up procedure/app need significant improvement.
Jeanne SPersonnel at this location did not have an understanding of how to drop off truck. Had to call owner to provide instruction. I felt somewhat concerned about how this location was a safe operation.
MARK MDrop off was easy and straightforward
KENNETH MJ's was convenient, friendly and accommodating.
