So the person who I picked it up from was great but u-haul it’s self is a bunch of fucking retards They could have fucked us over by saying that there was a trailer available but when we went to pick it up it was frozen in ice . The lady that deals with it said she told U-Haul to take down the listing cause it was stuck but U-Haul did not listen anyways we spent 1 hour chipping ice to get it out on our own time and fuck U-Haul I will never use it again I will be calling main office to complain cause fuck yoy guys

I rented the trailer for two days from grande prairie and drop off in Alberta beach. Less than 24 hours later a lady from u haul called and informed me Alberta Beach was not an approved drop off location and I had to take it to barrhead which is nowhere near where I was going. I called u haul in Alberta Beach and he assured me he could return the trailer to his location. Unfortunately I paid for the trailer for two days and planned to use it more. However I was sick of dealing with retards at head office and being attacked by your out of control AI sending texts and e mails and just immediately took the trailer back. UNACCEPTABLE business practices. The pick up location and drop off people were great but the system is horrible!!!
