The 6x12 trailer did exactly what we wanted. Quick and easy pick up and return. We got it back a day early and they refunded the difference! Overall very happy. On the negative side, I think that trailer needs a tongue jack.

FRANK CI had lots of issues getting my uhaul using the app & the site. I reserved uhaul ahead of time to save time. Once I got to location to pick it up I had to call customer service multiple times & spent over an hour on the phone before i was able to get uhaul. Very frustrating & very unhappy.
