LINDA AI had great service, I never used uhaul before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was almost hesitant on doing this . The people were great and the trailer worked impressively well only thing better is if it had a winch on it . Thank you for the great experience
Glenn HThey did not have my reservation. I never received a phone call the night before, They only had 1 truck, some one had cancelled so I had no choice but to take it. I had reserved a 20 foot truck.This was 26. The clerk at Luedeman Auto was very good. It cost me more in gas and I did not believe I receive the correct mileage. I was not happy about the length of the trailer, it was an over kill for my needs.
