It is not an issue with the Bird Junction location, but with schedules trying to change the location of the drop off, without notice. My contract stated the return location as Bird Junction and they wanted me to return it over 40 minutes away from my destination. That is not acceptable. But the staff at Bird Junction was very friendly.
