Customer service was lousy The initial guy who was there when I was trying to do the rental told me that he didn't have nothing available and I would have had to make it a reservation in order to get something and wouldn't rent me a vehicle at first I had to go online and put in my request for the rental which show that he did have vehicles available after he told me he didn't have nothing

Rental truck was so dirty I can’t even describe, also truck was barely working and very unsafe to operate. U-Haul is the scam rental providing nothing and overcharging not as advertised.
