The Air Conditioning was not working in the truck. I noticed the ramp was stuck and could not be extended do due a metal plate that was not properly secured. Had to wait for someone at the location to come by to fix it. Once the ramp was able to be extended, there was broken glass all over it that needed to be cleaned. This delayed my trip. Rear door was very difficult to close and secure properly.

vlad GI originally booked a different car, but when I arrived, I was told that the vehicle I reserved was not available. Instead, I was given an older car that was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if someone had been smoking in it. From the very first day, the car was uncomfortable to use due to the bad odor and lack of cleanliness. This was not the level of service I expected
