I do 't know if there is a procedure that U-haul has about it but ensuring that the fuel gauges in the vehicle are working properly is a big issue for renters, especially with today's gas prices.

JOSE BPersonally I feel I'm made to feel guilty every time I need to extend the rental, I get email saying stuff like A family is waiting for that truck to move, to me that's a supply problem That guilt trip should not be laid on me, I simply need more time, also if I'm an hour late, it's an extra day, 12hrs early and nada, if these situation change the company almost perfect.
