James H.I have rented two tow dollies from this location over the past two months. The personnel were very good and accommodating. However, today I noted a second charge for my second rental with a late fee attached. I did returned the equipment as requested and to the location identified for the return. I am disappointed that this has required additional time for me to respond. The equipment was difficult to use. Much more so than should be required. The springs on the release bracket have been replaced with springs that are too large and strong. This makes releasing them to drop down the ramps to drive on too hard to release. Also, the brackets to ratchet the straps to hold the tires in the wheel well are not operating properly. This required an inordinate amount of time to load and unload the vehicle onto the equipment. Rather than bill me for an additional day--which is an error-- I should have gotten the rental at a reduced rate to compensate me for my additional time and effort.
