This place did not clean the truck. I paid for an appliance dolly and it wasn’t with the truck.

The truck had a check engine light on. I reserved an appliance dolly. I arrived to find out that the location did not have one and I could call around to see if I could find one

nina HThe reservation was booked by a local Uhaul employee at another location after I had a traffic accident where my truck was no longer drivable and I needed something to haul furniture back to my home 75 miles away. The employee failed to mention that the rental was a return trip. When I picked up the uhaul I asked the employee if I could return it in Huntsville where i live. He said that I could return it in Huntsville just to call Uhaul first. He also did not mention that the rental was a return trip and not 1 way. After calling Uhaul support 5 times I was finally able to talk to traffic services to return the truck locally as my wife is unable to drive due to the accident and I would have had no way back from returning the truck in Sheffiled other than a $110 Uber ride.
David WFacility was great did self pickup problem was the truck, engine was very noisy I believe something is wrong with it. Truck pulled to the left and the steering wheel was off center causing the sway back and forth in the lane
