J’étais supposé récupérer mon véhicule à cette endroit samedi matin, jlai été confirmer ma location vendredi matin pour apprendre qu’il n’avait pas de confirmation et n’avait pas de véhicule pour moi il m’a simplement dit d’´appeler le sévices à la clientèle et a quitté les lieux Contrairement au marchand de Granby qui m’a accompagné dans votre service client. I reserved the truck for 5 hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The day before my pickup, I received a call informing me that the truck would not be available until 1:30 p.m. I accepted the new pickup time and called back afterward to let them know that, because of the change, I would only need the truck for 4 hours instead of 5. The employee responded with a tone that felt like, "Okay... so what does that change?" I asked if it was necessary to tell them how many hours I would need the truck, and he said it wasn't. When I picked up the truck, no one informed me of the return time. Since I had been told it wasn't necessary to specify how long I would need it, I assumed everything was fine and didn't double-check the return time. At the end of the day, I was charged for 3 extra hours because I returned the truck after 3:00 p.m. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and the customer service. My recommendation to anyone using this service is not to rely solely on what the staff tells you. Read the rental agreement carefully and make sure you personally confirm the exact return time to avoid unexpected charges.
