I dropped the truck and was 3rd in line. Gave key to Reginald and he said I could go and would receive an email receipt in 30 minutes. No receipt after 2 days. Many phone calls to location and the 800 number but no one could find the truck I dropped. 2 nights with very ittle sleep. Almost 2 hours on hold on 3 different calls while they searched lot for truck. Location manager finally found it was a different truck after 2 days and checked me in. I'm not very happy and may not use U-Haul for my move in a few months. Please call me at 336-707-1110 if you'd like to discuss.

DAVID MReturning the truck after hours could be tricky at this location. Cell signal was very weak and that made uploading pictures difficult
