We had an exceptional experience with this location after a nightmare experience with another location in Denver. He was super friendly and had us out in no time on such a short notice. I would 100 percent recommend this location, stay away from the Bershire Station in Denver, absolute joke, they do not follow their hours and seem to come in when they want to. This location is the way to go, thanks again for accommodating us on such short notice.

COLIN JI had no problem renting and picking up my 5 X 8 trailer. After getting it home, I loaded everything into the trailer. Doing as the sign said, I put all of the heavy items up front. I then relocated the trailer with plans to unhook my truck from the trailer. I then noticed that there is NO tongue jack to lift the trailer off of the ball of my hitch. I thought that maybe it fell off during my trip home. I immediately call the U-Haul rental place and asked about the jack. They advised that there is no jack and I just need to lift the trailer off of the hitch. I'm a former weightlifter and I could not get it off. I have owned many boat trailers and utility trailers, and this is the very first that I have ever seen a heavy-duty trailer without a tongue jack. It took me hours to locate a jack in my neighborhood to get it off. NEVER AGAIN U-HAUL.

Leonard HYou can fix the gas tank. I was supposed to return it with half fuel and while I was fueling it and it stopped at halfway and then it jumped to 3/4. I spent $90 in gas, which was very excessive.
