Make sure that the trucks are filled with gas. I rented a truck, the guage said full. I drove 26.4 miles it still read full but when I filled it up it took 5.3 gallons of gas. When I said something when I checked the truck in they were very rude.

The online after hours check in process was a nightmare but only because as an organization the password asking for our last name of course wasnt my last name. So if your listed as an organization make sure you know what it is. It took 3 representatives and over an hour to get this simple information. Once I got in it was simple enough and easy.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. It appeared the two ladies did not know their job well. I was misinformed of the payment process. When questioned in regards to this matter. They both still gave me incorrect information. When picking up the truck I paid83.00 plus any additional miles over my guesstimating when returning the truck wax told I owed an additional 143 something. I asked what about the 83 I already paid? Was told that was a deposit j was never informed of that when I picked up the truck. Asked them when will I get it back “that’s up to your bank”. Asked them why I was not informed in was a deposit and would not be included in the final price. At first they said they did and when I made it very clear they did not. They said it was right here in fine print. I said when holding someone’s money even if it were in fine print we should be told. So they ran my card. When I went to car They obviously still didn’t know there job for the 83.00 did go towards the total. The disrespect and obvious confusion from the two employees while only wanting to rent a truck for one day was incredibly stressful and waisted alotof my time I can promise I will not ever rent from U-Haul again and ever recommend U-Haul. Since I was moving my son. I went to Penske to rent the truck that was going to Arizona plus a car trailer that your two employees lost as a sale Brenda

I chose this location for its later closing hours. I have no real experience with this location. I just showed up to drop off and as I got out of the rental someone was there and hassle free to return.

I will only recommend this location. When I reserved the uhaul I was given false information about the rates and then discovered there wasn’t even a location for the pick up and drop off in the town we agreed on. Had to drive to Sherwood and speak with the ast. manager, Chris I believe . Who was extremely helpful. Had to reserve the truck for another day. And no one told me they would not be open and I would need to use online check on. Thankfully an employee and ast. Manager happened to still be there after hours to help us. On their way home, off the clock. Still uhaul, your customer service line made moving so stressful. Thank you to the emplyees at this location!

I rented a one way 15' truck and it only had 1/4 tank of gas. I think for a 5 day rental it should have had a full tank of gas

The online return process has GOT to get FASTER. If we return a truck during store hours, we're in and out in 2 minutes. Dealing with the garbage of returning after hours took us (more than once) more than 15 minutes. That is RIDICULOUS.

When I rented the truck it had 3/16 of a tank of fuel. I was told that I would be given credit upon return for any additional fuel above that level at a rate of $4.75 a gallon. I returned the truck with 7/16 of a tank, approximately 10 gallons more than when I took possession. I believe that I should have received a credit of $47.50, but only received $20. That hardly seems fair. On a positive note, the main reason for the extra gas was that the truck got very good mileage. But I do all I can to" keep it in the green".

I drove 15 miles and was charged over 7 dollars in fuel- and when I questioned it the said I should have taken a picture of the girl gauge. Well, I did when the app told me too. When I told him that he said it was still going to charge me almost 8 dollars. So ridiculous when the mileage tells how far I went. The truck wasn’t dirty, but I would hardly call it clean. And the staff was less than helpful - seemed like answering questions was a hassle for them. Overall terrible experince and I’ll go to another store next time.
