I returned the truck the same day that I picked it up. I kept getting reminders that it was time to return. I called U-Haul and received confirmation that it was returned, but I kept getting messages on the app that I needed to return the truck which makes it very stressful and very confusing. I returned the truck using the app and did everything it requested of me.

PHYLLIS LExtremely disappointed in the pricing and had to go with a dolly instead of full car trailer like I wanted. Due to a $600 dollar difference in price from the last time I rented the full trailer. I paid $171 from TX to WV but you wanted $792 from WV to TX which is insane. Very disappointed.
