Extremely disappointed in the pricing and had to go with a dolly instead of full car trailer like I wanted. Due to a $600 dollar difference in price from the last time I rented the full trailer. I paid $171 from TX to WV but you wanted $792 from WV to TX which is insane. Very disappointed.

AUSTIN SWebsite said the equipment would be available. I happened to stop by Country Corner Rental the day before my rental, and they didn't have the truck, and didn't know anything about it. They ended up driving late to Harrisburg to get a truck so I would have it in the morning. Country Corner Rental was excellent! U-Haul's website and U-Haul's communication with Country Corner Rental was horrible.
RICHARD WHad the reservation for 10 but didn’t get the actual rental until 20 till 11. The desk was super slow, will use the app next time. Drop off was very unclear and no one was available for me to verify it was done correctly.
