It was incredibly easy to pick up and return the rental truck. I just wish these places offered a longer rental period, especially if using it within the greater Seattle/Shoreline area. We had a 4 hour window of use which fell within the peak traffic hours for the city. Making it challenging to accomplish a move AND return the truck on time for the next renter. Longer rental times would be helpful.
