This 3rd party location was not very good in the customer service dept. The person who helped me said that he was unable to adjust the deposit on my rental which had been entered incorrectly and wasn't able to answer several questions I had. The vehicle was clean and ready at the time of pickup so that was good.

Proprietor contracted me for 209 miles per day without ask g me my mileage which resulted in an $89.00 dollar a day rental charge. He did not tell us where to park the van upon return. He did not give me a copy of the contract or have me sign for the rental.

SHERRIL CThe rental itself was fine. It was the fraudulent charge for $754.65 the next day to this business that my bank blocked that ruined the experience for me. The owner's dismissive and aggressive demeanor when I went in to ask about it was also off putting to say the least.
