Excellent service. They inspected the truck promptly and printed my receipt immediately and I was on my way. Unfortunately, I forgot my Tervis coffee mug in the truck and had to return about 2 hours later as I had an appointment immediately after the return. The truck was already rented and gone. However, they had my mug waiting for me at the front desk when I returned.

Randall WLocation is convenient. They were closed at drop off time but plenty of parking was available. Key drop box was easy to locate. Answered "no" to helpful personnel only because I didn't talk to them due to being closed. I used the Uhaul app for return.
RICHARD MThis is not the location’s fault but the mileage limit is not great. I picked up the U-Haul from Van Buren and drove it to my home to pack then drove to my new location in Siloam and then dropped it off. There was no extra stops yet I got charged for over mileage. It’s stupid that it doesn’t ask for location to location.
