Every time I saw the total it was higher than it was before. Rates changed and fees changed and undisclosed fees were added taking my reservation from less than $80 to just over $144 after it was turned in. Absolutely ludicrous.
DAISY LUHaul falsely charged me $144 for allegedly missing blankets. Christian, the manager, saw all 18 rental blankets in the truck. He confirmed they were in good condition. I had to call Irvin at UHaul to demand a refund, which I’m still waiting for. For that reason, I would not recommend your service.
Mandel SNo one at desk, had to wait 10-15 minutes to begin my rental. All was good after that. This comment has nothing to do with the pick-up location. I messaged on the app requesting a change of drop-off location. I was told I had to call 833-450-0095 to request this. That number gives a "you're not allowed to use this number from your calling area."
