The pick up location was enough to never rent from UHaul again a nightmare!. It was Simcoe convenience variety store. They were 20 plus minutes late opening. Had to wait for them to organize. But coby dr Waterloo an actual UHaul facility. The store Manager Bryan the absolute best so impressed I want to hire him to represent our family business! I would recommend UHaul but very Leary of places like Simcoe Convenience
