The women serving me at pick up was amazing! The gentleman that I talked to about leaving the truck in Renton and the same man when I returned the truck was rude and very disrespectful. I will not return to this location!

David HOverall - the rental was as expected. Staff was thorough and friendly explaining the how and what. The vehicle did have a few dings but it also had seen over 115 thousand miles. The steering wheel was a bit off centre. Question: I returned the vehicle with more than the quarter tank of fuel as set out in the contract. We traveled 151 miles (243 kms) return trip so I filled up before leaving. I returned later that day with half a tank (a quarter tank more than required.) Does U-Haul provide any compensation for this? Thanks. I will rent again when the service is needed.
