When I arrived at 10 sharp they were just opening and had other customers besides myself waiting to get their vehicles. But that couldn't happen before the staff had to 'return' vehicles left overnight. Unfortunately their schedules didn't allow enough time to do all this without having us wait at least 20 minutes to be served. Then when I was asked if I wanted insurance, I said no, but didn't do a final check without leaving with the vehicle. When I returned I realized I was charged insurance. I had the vehicle for an hour, drove 14 km in total, and didn't feel the risk of having no insurance warranted the extra charge. Now I'm told I have to phone customer service to have the charge reversed. All in all a very unsatisfactory outcome for this rental.

When booking for a U-haul, they never asked me what my destination was, or how many kilometers I would drive. They only told me, I could have the vehicle for 24 hours. I had so much stuff to move, with a trip to the dump site, that it took 2 trips, even with the biggest truck. Afterwards, I had to pay $423, because I was $300 over the agreed amount of kilometers. When I told them, that we never discussed distance, they just looked at me dumbfounded.
Florian BI've rented a Uhaul twice at this location, both times the staff were super friendly. My only complaint is that they seem to have a lot of issues with the system, which definitely isn't the stores fault, just remember to come in a bit early to make time for system errors. It happened to me both times I've rented, so I'm unsure if it's an ongoing problem or just coincidental. Hopefully uhaul can fix that for them, I'm sure that has to be rather frustrating to deal with. Overall I've had a good experience :)
