Overall - the rental was as expected. Staff was thorough and friendly explaining the how and what. The vehicle did have a few dings but it also had seen over 115 thousand miles. The steering wheel was a bit off centre. Question: I returned the vehicle with more than the quarter tank of fuel as set out in the contract. We traveled 151 miles (243 kms) return trip so I filled up before leaving. I returned later that day with half a tank (a quarter tank more than required.) Does U-Haul provide any compensation for this? Thanks. I will rent again when the service is needed.

Bryon TWhen I return the truck they told me I was good no extramoney but called me couple hours later that I still owe $102 but when I paid for it I got no receipt for what the extra charges were for myself and my girlfriend were not happy about that she feels we got ripped off your people need to give a receipt for rental so they know what they have to pay we are not happy and not going to rent another truck from you again
RAYMOND BMake sure truck is full of gas. Make sure windows are rolled up if it is raining. Was all wet on drivers side. Hat to put 10 dollars in to make sure it was full like you said. No stair dolly. So had to go out of my way to get one. Adding to my km
