Jeremiah PStaff was courteous but the central reservation system was a mess delaying the delivery by 45 minutes and I ended up missing my client meeting.
JACOB KEddie, the manager/owner, was great when we picked up the truck on a Saturday. When we returned on Sunday, nobody was at the site, and Monday was a holiday. We brought the truck back around 9:30am. We locked it up, and we tossed the keys inside the store through the mail slot. On Tuesday, I received a call from Eddie. At this time, I had traveled to Galveston, and he was demanding the return of a dolly. Since I had not ordered one, when we received the truck, we had placed it in the house and did not use it. As such, I inadvertently forgot to put it back in the truck. I indicated I was out of town until Thursday, and could return it on Friday. He threatened to charge me $120.00 unless the dolly was returned immediately. He was quite rude and hostile. We did not ask for the dolly, nor did we utilize it. I had to impose on others to pick up the dolly and return it that day to avoid paying $120.00 for something I neither needed or requested. Eddie's people skills are lacking.
Brenda DClean the truck the cab inside was dirty and it smelled. The battery was low and times would not start.The check battery light was on when I got into it.I was over charged also.
