When loading my car a 2015 Hyundai Sonata the car bottomed out on the center of the dolly and damaged the sound dampening liner under the car. I had to get boards and raise the ramp height and also put under the rear tires to load and unload

Didn't seem like they really wanted to deal with rental customers. During my initial visit to view the different trailers, I had to wait about 20 mins. Then I was told to call 1800 UHaul.

Everything went well, good overall experience. The only comment I can make is there is a problem finding the utility trailiers with ramps available in this area. The 5x9 utility trailers are hard to find, we could use more in this area. if you don't have them available you cannot rent them.,

I am not satisfied with my experience with Uhaul. I am not the kind of person that typically complains, I recognize every company has its systems that must be followed, but Uhaul really needs to evaluate the service they are providing and the system they are using. Below is an outline of my experience. In May, I made a reservation for a trailer to be picked up at a particular location on June 8th. I filled out all the information online and submitted the request. I received a call that night confirming the reservation, but was told the trailer couldn't be picked up at the location I requested and that I would need to call a week prior to my pick up date to confirm the second location (where Uhaul moved the reservation to) would have the trailer. Issue 1 - What is the purpose of making a reservation if it isn't guaranteed to be there? Issue 2 - You have a month to get the trailer where I requested it to be, why move it? At this point I am fairly certain I saw a deduction in my bank account for the cost of the rental. I call around June 1st to confirm the second location has the trailer. They confirm it is there but tell me to call back later in the week to make sure it is still there. Issue 3 - Why must I keep calling to find a trailer I reserved? I ask why, I reaffirm I am going to be there on June 8th to pick it up and am told they cannot hold it, that I need to speak with the manager who will be there later and she is pretty good about holding the trailers if she knows someone is coming to get it. Again, whats the purpose of making a reservation? On June 8th I call, the trailer is not at the second location. Issue 4 - After calling and confirming I am coming to get the trailer a week earlier, the trailer is rented out. They do offer a larger trailer for the same price, but that is not what I want. I call the first location I requested and they have it. I explain that I made the reservation online, provide my order number and am told that they cannot see the reservation and I need to call customer service. Issue 5 – What’s the purpose of having a system your sales locations cannot access? I call customer service and remain on hold for 7 minutes. I hang up and call the second location again and explain I have found the trailer I wanted, and where it is located and they transfer the reservation to the original location. I call back to the original location and confirm they have the reservation and they do. I then drive by to confirm they have the trailer and will hold it for me. On June 8th, I arrive to pick up the trailer and am asked about the return date, return location, tow vehicle, tow vehicle tag number.... Issue 6 - Why did I have to fill out all this information online if they cannot see it once I show up to get the trailer. After providing all the information a second time, I am asked for my credit card information. I explain I had already been charged. They say no I haven't, and after quickly scannin

I’ve rented several U-Haul trucks before, however this was my best experience. I did not have a reservation and yet these good folks made me feel like that was no problem whatsoever. They were very accommodating and very courteous. I would recommend them to anybody in need of a moving truck.

I rented a 20ft truck on Saturday and returned it filled with gasoline to the same level at which I rented the truck. But they have charged me $23.20 in EZ Fuel Sales. I am confused about this charge because it is erroneous. Please take immediate steps to remove this charge from my credit card.

The van had a "tire pressure" light on that wasn't accurately reflecting an actual problem, so that should probably be fixed. It's a little disconcerting to be driving along with your possessions with a warning light on that you can't trust. The van also smelled pretty strongly, and not in a good way. That being said, the people who helped me were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely do business here again.
