Very nice office. Nobody was there but I called the posted number and Brian got me take care of quickly.
DONALD RI reserved furniture blankets and they were not in the truck. No one was in the office to assist and I didn’t have time to wait. I was still charged for the blankets, too.

PAUL GI dropped off the U-Haul after hours and couldn’t find a key drop off box anywhere on the property. I ended up putting the keys in the secure mailbox but wasn’t comfortable with that since it’s supposed to be used for USPS mail only. I have called and left 3 messages requesting someone call me to verify they have received the keys, still no response from them.
