I dropped off the U-Haul after hours and couldn’t find a key drop off box anywhere on the property. I ended up putting the keys in the secure mailbox but wasn’t comfortable with that since it’s supposed to be used for USPS mail only. I have called and left 3 messages requesting someone call me to verify they have received the keys, still no response from them.
