RIGOBERTO RRamon was very helpful and great communicator. The trailer was new and in great condition. Easy to pick up and drop off. Very convenient.
TYSON SI did everything via the phneand the app. When I completed my reservation the person I was speaking to over the phone, he confirmed my rental was for two days. When I returned the trailer I was charged another 50ish dollars. I wasn't super happy when what I was told turned out to be incorrect. I was up front in the duration of my rental yet I feel as if uhaul was not up front with me.
