Site is a little confusing where to park equipment. However staff make up for it and very helpful
THOMAS PNo one was there when I arrived about 12:30 pm, called the number posted on the door if I needed assistance, was asked if I needed help dropping it off and I said yes...they tried to reach one of their workers had me on hold for ten minutes. I was still on hold when someone showed up they showed me where to park the trailer, They did not know how to check the trailer in told me I was fine and they would take care of it. I am very disappointed with this move all together. This is my second one way rental within the last two weeks.
CARL MI turned a uhaul in on sarurday morning at 812am, and there was no one there to help me and make sure it was checked in so I could make sure my deposit came back. It had the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with.
lindsey sGreat Service - Very Accommodating Uhaul requested I send them a picture if my drivers license front & back. As a recent victim of a costly and time consuming digital id theft, I declined. uhaul did not push the issue & I appreciate that.
