The address for this location is incorrect. We drove around for 30 minutes to find where to drop off the truck. Tried calling the U-Haul 800 # and they kept recycling the call back into the que.

Lot is extremely hard to find. no body on property to help. No local phone number to get directions. the number i did have was U-Haul I assume corporate's. took 4 calls and 45 minutes to get a return call. and that person could not direct me to the lot. The key drop box was in an obscured location. Was not successful with app to drop off had to return the next day to finish app return. Totally dissatisfied with the drop off experience.
