CRYSTAL RDrop off with so easy. My whole u haul experience was just awesome.
CRYSTAL RThis was not where I scheduled my reservation to be picked up, so it was a huge inconvenience to my moving experience. Imperial Auto was very professional in helping me the best that they could, but I am disappointed I how U-haul handled my reservation. Having to drive an hour away just to get my truck was very frustrating, as I have multiple jobs and 2 kids and was moving by myself.
