The location itself did everything right. As an employee, I was dismayed at how poorly the app works. If this is what our customers deal with on TS 14/7 rentals, it's no wonder we get so many angry calls. Dispatch took me nearly 25 min, b/c the app kept cycling between the SafeMove/SafeTrip info and the Order Summary. I tried texting in with no response, called CS, and the second a rep picked up, the app went forward again and I was done in 2 minutes. At return, it was the dashboard image that it got stuck on. Maybe 6 times I tried, and it kept telling me the image was not good (each one was clear and readable), and it refused to let me move forward. I was on a schedule, so I had to just go to Nite Drop. Experiencing all this, I'm less inclined to think that customers' difficulties with the app are user-caused.

Thomas VTruck broke down on me twice due to engine overheating. Had someone bring me distilled water to fill radiator reservoir, so I could continue to move my belongings. Had to fill reservoir twice in 80 miles of traveling. Asked dealer that rented me the vehicle to work with me on the charges due to what I had to deal with, but vendor would not offer any discounts. Basically told me that it wasn't their "problem"! Will I rent a UHaul from this location again...absolutely NOT! Will I rent a UHaul in the future...to be determined. Very unhappy with the service and vehicle performance!!

Steven BWell. My checking account is overdrawn by 285.00 I get paid this Thursday. My bank is going to charge me $30 a day until my check hits. It would've nice to get an actual bill in the mail and I could've paid iThursday. But now I'm stuck paying all these unnecessary charges. I will never use uhaul again!! .
