I always have a good experience renting from this location. The upload of picture was an issue due to older phone with limited capabilities!

MARK EI arrived two days early to find the location for picking up U haul @ Robinson hardware Garden,, I talk to a U haul person at this store & was all set… We went back out to Robinson s Hardware & Garden to pay for the u-haul ,, we did speak in person to the u haul person and told them that will be back to pick up u haul & auto transport on Saturday… One of the managers there at Robinson said we have to take both units today,,, We said on Saturday we will be back@ 7 30am,, they open at 8 am,,, Me And my wife felt like something was very odd with them at Robinson s,,, So we called back on Friday 11 2025 and told them we will only be taking the U haul ,, Not the Auto Transporter,,,This is why. the manager said that I have to drive my vehicle on to the transporter & strap driver side & passenger tire by myself and chain hook up under front axles,,, Than he said I will watch you do it But I WILL NOT TELL YOU IF YOU DO IT WRONG OR RIGHT it is my responsibility,,, we paid $1900.00 plus and They we not going to help me at all… what is worse when we arrived in SC Myrtle Beach to return the U haul ,,, I personally took about an hour to detail the cab & floor mats and sweep out rear interior,, It look better than I received it from Robinson s,, The U haul person in SC noticed that immediately and said that I care about the use of the their equipment,,He was thankful and kind through the inspection of the vehicle I returned, NO THANKS TO ROBINSON S Hardware,,, we will never use U haul again Thomas R Pitts 607 267 7194 if someone from customer service wants to chat.
THOMAS PVery customer orientated. As this location is part of a hardware/garden store, I didn't realize I was calling after the Uhaul side was closed. My call was transferred to that side of the store, 45 minutes late, but the call was answered, my information taken, so pick up in the morning was expedited. Return also was courteous and smooth. Nothing to improve here.
