When we arrived to pick-up, the truck it was dirty. We rented a furniture dolly which was not in the truck. We went back in and the guy came out to get us the dolly. He didn't know what a furniture dolly was and we had to show him. The mirror on the right side of the truck was super glued to stay on, and couldn't be adjusted. This caused it impossible to see if a vehicle was on your right side when driving. I paid over $450 for a very unsafe vehicle to drive. It's unbelievable that this truck was rented out in the condition it was in. The other issue was that this was the only vehicle at the time we rented, that was available for me. I've rented and drove numbers Uhaul vehicles over my 60 years. This was by far the worst experience with renting from Uhaul.

U-Haul is the worst moving truck company I’ve dealt with. We only used our truck for 4 days but brought back a couple hours late due to active tornadoes in the area. Therefore they just continue the corporate greed route instead of being customer focused. Charge the poor customers for whatever’s possible, 5 whole days even though I only used it for 4 days.
