No dolly even though I requested one . This caused delay and frustration needing to call around and find a dolly and then drive to another location to rent a dolly using mileage that I have to pay for.

SYLVIA JThe people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean but with over 170K miles it was VERY disconcerting to drive. Had problems shifting between gears and accelerating with persistent rattling noises and loose steering. If we had had to drive more than the 15 total miles we did, I would have taken it back and asked for another truck.
Anna KClean the windshield. I couldn't see at all once the sun started glaring. Also, the cashier needs to stop judging people. Her condescending tone was highly unprofessional and insulting. I would never use this location ever again!
