I don't know if this is about Corporate U-Haul's scheduling function or with the store itself but the equipment that I ordered was not available when I picked up my truck. I ordered two dollys and a hand truck. When I arrived to pick up my 20 foot truck, only one dolly was available. My question is why does the website indicate that the equipment is available if it isn't? I assumed, apparently incorrectly, that the ordering system tracked inventory and it would only allow customers to order something that is available. This was incredibly inconvenient for me as a customer because I had to go purchase equipment elsewhere to help me with my move. I will not use U-haul again.

Emmanuel KI got behind on my storage Sunday call and ask if I can get my storage I was declined so I called asked manager declined and I was with them for more than 2 years I caked up with the money and they would not let me get my storage I lost a lot of things. No compassion or anything and I gave them more than 2 years of business with this company no value and they loyal tenant don’t get behind because old national did not work with me and getting my things
