Horrible. Passenger seat belt was not working! And some rubber was removed from the door panel on the passenger side and was laid front of the seat. Furniture pads were not given even after I ordered them, causing my furniture scratches all over! Worst experience!

Jennifer LNo dolly even though I requested one . This caused delay and frustration needing to call around and find a dolly and then drive to another location to rent a dolly using mileage that I have to pay for.
