Had computer problems for a long time, spent better part of one hour getting the trailer, had no help hooking it up to my van. I’m pushing 80 years old, connecting the trailer was a hand full.

Was charged a full day for being 10 minutes late due to having to get gas after talking to a customer service rep with uhaul. I believe it wasn’t fair to charge someone a full day just because it was a few minutes late. It’s wrong on both accounts. You are just out for money. Very unprofessional. I will continue to give bad reviews
