FYI truck leaked on furniture and had hard time up very slight incline like loss of compression. Was promised if I returned pads early with second day rental that the charge would be removed, it was not and seemed everyone was afraid of making any decisions. The young man at 24/7...suggestion could use a little people coaching...very defensive and a bit short with customers. My two cents, will hopefully help Uhaul in some way.

Dropping off the trailer was a nightmare the employee that was responsible for taking it off my car continuously complained about having to do the task. He said that he was supposed to be off a hour ago and had a very bad attitude. The employee that was working inside came out and wanted to ask questions that had nothing to do with the trailer and instead of helping just stood there watching. That will be my last time ever renting from that location.

You could make sure who you are renting to. I received an email saying I had reserved a truck in Georgia. I am in MICHIGAN! I contacted U-Haul to tell them I had not rented a truck in Georgia or anywhere. They told me they would have this corrected so this rental would not be connected to my account. Imagine my surprise when I received a copy of a receipt showing I had rented a truck in Snellville. How does this happen?

Called ahead and set up an appointment to come get a 10’ Box truck for 24 hours to move because i was told there was one. Got there and they told me they didnt have that and they definitely had nothing available for 24hrs. All they had was one 15’ truck id have to bring back before they opened. The only thing not bad about the situation was that they did give me the 15’ for the price of a 10’ and took a little off my mileage cost. That didnt excuse the fact i ce in for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to get help. Moving schedules just arent that flexible and time is of the essence so this was just unacceptable.

Inform customers, 24/7 return is an online service at contract time. The online service did not work for myself and another customer returning. 800 customer service number was no help. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes in the parking lot on hold while an employee watched from the window and offered zero assistance. Online service stated I did not have an account, however, I rented 2 trucks within a weeks time including a returns. I have video of every aspect of the online return process as well as the employee who watched the struggle through the window without offering assistance. My issue is with the online return process. The employees, during business hours, were all absolutely FABULOUS, courteous, prompt, patient, informative, (except notifying after hours return is an online service), pleasant and welcoming personalities.

It is not specific to this location BUT, I can tell you that you have one of the WORST web internet reservation sites that I have ever experienced! In the process of trying to get just one truck reservation made, I ended up with two. I can say this from not as a novice internet user but because I am a computer systems engineer. I needs a lot of work!
