Check the gas gauge because it shifts once you start driving. After I re gased up after use it did the same thing. So it started out reading correctly, then dropped.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me shoot the charges. I made a reservation for a small 1 bedroom apartment size truck and when I showed up I got this giant monster of a truck and it was more money than the reservation I made online. It only came with 50 miles which was nowhere near enough, so I got charged $20 for mileage (annoying but expected) and I also got charged another $60 for having a larger truck that I never wanted!! What are y'all doing u-haul?!?

We were told that our U-Pack would be available to unload on January 14. I just got an email saying now it will be available on the 29th. We are living out of suitcases until we get our container. This is unacceptable.

The young lady that waited on me and the road assistant even the guy when I checked the truck back in all Hackberry good customer service and I would recommend anyone fantastic customer service that's when I first checked in the young lady that waited on me the young lady that I last spoke to in roadside assistance and the young man when I checked out all hey good customer service

The hitch light connection was not functioning. This was not realized until the trailer that the truck was rented to move was hooked up and driven for 16 miles, only to find out the connection was broken and I had to return the truck immediately as it was not usable any longer. Originally I was scheduled to use it for 3 days. Not a good experience.

The inside customer service was poor and raised health concerns for Covid-19 transmission. The young man that checked me in had poor customer service and communication skills. He was not friendly nor polite. If I were not in need of the trailer being rented I would have walked out. He approached checking me out as an irritation or an interruption, not as an opportunity to serve a paying customer. More importantly he was NOT WEARING A MASK!!!!!!!! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WEARING A MASK!!!!!! I am in an elevated risk category to Covid-19 due to health issues and was highly angered that your employee was not wearing a face covering. The other two inside employees had on masks that were pulled down to their chins rendering the wearing of their face covering useless. This behavior is totally unacceptable and should be addressed by U-Haul management. There is good news in this comment. The outside associate that hooked up the trailer was exceptional. He was polite and provided excellent customer service. He also properly wearing a face covering and was wearing the appropriate PPE equipment (he wore gloves and work shoes - sneakers). Once the trailer was hooked up, he went through the safety checks, thanked me and told me to have a safe trip. The outside associate saved/rescued a U-Haul rental experience disaster. The most accurate overall rating would be average because the Inside experience was extremely Poor and Outside Experience EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT.

Either this location or the dropoff location straight up lied and stole money ($82) from me. I picked up a one way from 2040 Scenic Hwy. (No blankets ljke I asked but I was in a rush) Used the self serve app to check in, even had me take pictures showing the gas and mileage before I drove off. The tank was at a quarter tank. I dropped off on Holcomb Bridge and suddenly charged for blankets I never got, and they LIED and said I got truck at half a tank (your app should have my proof!) and they also lied about where I returned it (slightly under a quarter- they put it dakn near on E). I will never use uhaul again. And I don't need that $80 its about right and wrong! I paid $150 upfront for a 30 mile one day. Returned it within 2 hours of my rental and Still git screwed! Also thw people at the dropoff waited until I left to charge me when we could have had this discussion right then and damn there!

There was a dead mouse inside of our rental truck and trash all over the cab. When the office staff was notified, the response from them was, "oh okay". There was a picture of it submitted also. Normally, this store is very nice but this experience was horrible.

Truck cab was dirty. Soda spilled on floor and in cup holders. Previous customer paperwork left in dash. Smelled of smoke from previous driver. I've rented several times from this location and this truck was the filthiest.
