First truck was in better condition with less miles but it was on empty. Would have been nice to have the better truck driving 500 miles. Truck given had 73000 miles and had a bad shake at 65.

Never received the moving blankets that I payed for in advance. Returned the trailer to the drop off location 3 days in advance to then receive a phone call saying it need to be dropped off in an hour. The associate said he’ll leave notes and the manager would contact me within a hour, never got the call. A week or so later received another saying I need to return the trailer that it’s past due. Told him the exact same thing so I’m not sure what’s happening.

Stop passing off what somebody else did on new reservations. I am being charged for damages I didnt cause on your truck. The employee gave me the key and say the truck is parked outside. They checked nothing and I simply took the truck used it for about 20 miles and i am being charged 167 dollars. Insane! I didnt even use the bed, never touched it! I hooked a trailer to the truck moved it 3 miles and took the truck back.

I went the day before to reserve the truck the girl told me what the total would be and that was not what the total was when I went back the next day to pick it up she wasnt working when I picked up the truck ,this Particular location needs to find employees that know their information and That are polite and friendly. I did not feel welcomed

There should be a way for ya'll to speed up the checkout process. The way it's done now it cuts into the time we have the truck. Got the process started at 10 did not finish until 10 minutes later. Which cut 10 minutes off my move.

We called about a half a dozen places in the Snellville area looking for a truck. With the exception of this location, none answered saying they were U-Haul and most we couldn’t understand. Not even a thank you for calling or any help in trying to find another place to find a truck. Melique went out of his way to help and make the last minute changes for us. Very thankful for all his help.

I ordered an appliance dollie and though it was in my order it was not available when I arrived and they didn't have any in site. We made due with regular utility one but was not near as stable to move two fridges

My biggest concern is educating your employees on the car hitching the towing dolly equipment. One of the employees helped “secure” and check the right tire harness on my truck, while my brother n law secured the left.. The employee said everything was 100% secure and we were cleared to leave.. On the morning of 9/20 in NC, while getting gas we noticed that the right tire your employee secured was slipping out of the tow well.. We backed the truck down and drove it back up the dolly, making sure both tires sat in the wells evenly, and my brother n law secured them again.. We made our journey safely. Thankfully, we saw the error before any mishap occurred.. Just keeping you informed.

Customer service was seriously flawed. We checked in online so were prepared for a quick and efficient experience. Walked in and there were two customer service people: one had a customer and one was looking at his computer. No greeting from either. No acknowledgement of us or any information. We waited until a new customer suggested we approach the guy looking at his computer. We did and he didn't acknowledge us. After standing there for several awkward minutes (he took a phone call and referred to himself as the Assistant Manager), he called someone from the garage to assist us. That young man was helpful but his speaking and interpersonal skills were really lacking: things like speaking loudly and clearly to the customer and making eye contact. We were able to get our truck, thanks to him, and the rest of the experience went well. Someone needs to go there and train that staff on how to interact with customers!!!

I have witnessed numerous customers complain about you trying to charge for another day. Let me explain, if the person is checking a vehicle out to you they will ask you when will you be returning the vehicle you mite say in 5 hours or 6 hours. And if it goes past that time, they want to charge you another day. In which you are renting the vehicle at a all day rate. So why are you all doing that. Please explain!! Thanks Aaron Clark

Associate who handled this rental was not throughly familiar with the the reservation/rental software. The software itself also seemed to be buggy and he had to call the national reservation operator to un-cancel an accidental cancelation. The software used to complete transactions by the associate appears to be so complex that this further creates very long delays (30-45 minutes) to acquire vehicles and trailers.

Need more training for the employees. They didn't seem very enthusiastic when we went to pick up the vehicle but when we brought it back they were hopping because friday is a busy day. I asked several questions and they didn't seem to know the answer. Also their customer service skills need to be tweeked with manners.

No improvement needed. I required a cargo van in a hurry to transport something. I arrived and was in a vehicle within 15 minutes and brought it back an hour later. Painless....... The only general complaint is most of the uhaul facilities I have used are tightly filled and sometime have little parking for customers.
