Inform the customer as to the check in process and what is to be expected. Representative just took the keys and said we were good to go, no receipt, no mileage/damage/fuel check…just good to go with the vehicle blocking the business’s driveway even. We left uneasy hoping all was good, about an hour later we received an email receipt confirming all details.

DAWN MI got gas on my way to drop off th truck. To estimate the quarter tank I started with. I put about 6 gallons in and sure enough, it showed a quarter tank. I was charged $40 because they claimed I brought it in 1-1.5 gallons low.
