Do a better job of having all equipment at one location for pickup together. This was the second trip we made in our move across 6 states and both times I had to go to multiple places to pick up equipment, or just had to forego one piece. And both times the place I picked up was NOT the same place where U-Haul originally told me I was to go to.
James HThe woman who helped us said she hates having uhaul there. It's just a dumpy gas station. Find a different vendor.
