How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst off the vehicle did not feel safe to drive at all. The steering was horrendous and felt like the front end was very loose. And the transmission shift was extremely rough to the point I drove to the nearest. U-Haul center ( Dover where my original reservation was made). They checked it out. And recommended we bring it back. ASAP. That’s. Just. The start. The box. Smelled as if a dog. Died in it. To the point I had to clean it before loading my belongings into it. After my move was completed I was charged. 114 dollars on top of the 116. To originally. Rent the U-Haul. With me explaining why. I’m extremely unsatisfied. And will never. Use U-Haul again a refund should be in order. Money not worth spent !!!!
