GUTHRIE BI think there should just be a heads up on how lengthy the process is of even getting into the vehicle. All the pictures you have to take, the verification process, finding the keys, etc. It was not easy and ran into the time of my rental. It was also dark when I returned the vehicle and taking photos afterwards with minimal lighting was not ideal.
Kayla BCustomer service was outstanding. I did not get her name but she was very helpful and nice.
