Alysia was spectacular in arranging my rental 15 Foot truck. She patiently provided me with all of the information I needed. She skillfully shared her knowledge of the U-Haul resources so that I could make the decision that turned out to be right for me. The 15 Foot Ford truck was magnificent. Ford really did this one right. It is stable and drives like a dream. The twin rear view mirrors, one for distance and one for the "blind spot" made me feel safe and in control of the movement of the truck. The storage area was spacious. The "mother's attic" added valuable room. The slats on the wall enabled me to secure my load well with rope. The utility dolly made loading my boxes easy and efficient. Moving was a wonderful experience due to the great vehicle and service I obtained through U-Haul. I am truly grateful. I really have nothing to suggest in the way of improvement. The system, equipment and personnel are great.
