Alicia was a gem and is extra helpful and was answering one call after another while coordinating like a boss. They are really personable at this location - will always be my go to. Also Tad? was extremely kind and helpful at check-in when returning the vehicle. Great crew over there.

The front desk staff and the crew were both very helpful and provided great service. However, the truck’s maintenance was concerning; the brake pads were severely worn. I had to press the pedal all the way to the floor to come to a stop. While the brakes handled fine on flat ground, they felt unsafe in a city like Sonora, where the steep elevations and winding descents require brakes in top condition. Had no option but to use it.
