ROBERT FThis comments is for the overall process, not an issue with this location. So for drop off, I called the night before to ask about a closer location to Twain Harte, since there were three in Sonora (next town). They told me to go to the Sonora Arco station on Pesce St. When I arrived, no one knew anything about U-Haul. Turns out that location is PLANNING to be a U-Haul dropoff location, but they haven’t completed the process. So it shouldn’t be listed as an active location. Called multiple times to support, and was told to go to the location in Industrial in Sonora, which happens to be CLOSER to Twain Harte, and I can’t fathom why that location wasn’t suggested as the drop off location at the beginning. Took me an hour of driving around and making phone calls to drop off. Please fix your location information- this caused extra time, extra miles, extra gas, extra headache.
